I’m looking to connect with solicitors who have a strong background in Energy and Real Estate law for an exciting opportunity to head up the Energy Sector Department at a top-tier Legal 500 firm.
This is a fantastic chance to take the reins of the firm’s vision for the energy sector. You'll be leading a skilled team that advises clients on a variety of energy-related matters—from real estate and corporate transactions to litigation, commercial contracts, and employment issues. With your experience and network in the industry, you’ll play a key role in growing the practice, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the firm’s presence in the market.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other partners across the firm to ensure top-quality service for energy clients. You’ll be driving the energy sector strategy, fostering growth, and positioning the firm as a market leader. Your business development expertise will be crucial as you attract new clients and raise the firm’s profile through events and thought leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 10 years of experience in energy law.
2. Proven leadership experience, ideally at a senior level in a respected UK law firm.
3. Broad understanding of energy law, including real estate, corporate, disputes, and commercial contracts.
4. Strong commercial acumen and a solid business development track record.
5. A passion for innovation and embracing technology.
This role comes with a competitive salary, bonus potential, and the chance to join a growing firm with a diverse client base. Plus, there’s flexibility with hybrid working and a strong focus on work-life balance. The position is open for any of the firm’s UK offices, and if you're an energy law expert seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and expanding practice, I’d love to hear from you.
