What will you be doing as our new Project Management Graduate?
Completing placements and value-added projects across our Project Delivery, Commercial, Engineering, Solutions and Site/Commissioning teams, you’ll not only develop your project management skills, but you’ll also implement tangible improvements which you can look back on with pride.
Ensuring we build our in-house project management expertise, you may find an area of our business which you thrive in and are passionate about, which we will fully support you with.
Viewed as a contributing member of the team where outputs are expected, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain exposure, understand where your interests lie and add real value!
Key responsibilities:
* Develop an understanding of project management techniques which promote collaboration, synergy and outperformance to deliver against our overall goals and objectives.
* Lead a variety of projects across different teams whilst honing your stakeholder engagement and management techniques.
* Using theory, innovation and investigatory techniques underpinned by data and evidence, suggest new ways of working/approaching work.
* Be accountable for your own development by working outside of natural comfort zones and learning from mistakes.
* Utilise your presence in different teams to share knowledge and create efficiencies where possible.

What will I need to be considered?
* Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Business Studies or Project Management.
* Eligible to work in the UK (Unfortunately, this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship).
* Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport). A driving licence would be preferred.
* Flexibility - Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.
* Great communication skills (Written and Verbal).
* Self-motivated – attitude is key, it's your career!
