A dynamic and fast-paced Marketing Department for a well known event and hospitality organisation in the London area, is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive, to be part of the team supporting key commercial divisions This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer to advance their career by contributing to high-impact marketing activities and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing Plan, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns Oversee content creation, data management, targeting, segmentation, and KPI analysis to optimise campaigns, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and audience led. Manage the relationship with the company’s email platform supplier and suggest improvements to enhance performance. Website Content Management Maintain and update content for companies websites, including new assets and content pages. Support the development of user journeys to improve website functionality. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. Digital Marketing Provide regular digital marketing reports and stats to support the Marketing Team, including tracking data capture, email sign-ups, website visits and email campaign KPIs Assist in the development and execution of paid social, programmatic, retargeting and Google ad campaigns, coordinating creative asset production and agency relations. Ensure listings on relevant platforms are up-to-date and optimised for visibility. Trade Shows, Events, and Hospitality Support the marketing and sales teams in planning and executing the company’s presence at industry trade shows, events, and hospitality activities. Assist with stand requirements, invitations, catering arrangements, collateral creation, social media, PR, and lead generation. Proposals and Sales Support Collaborate with commercial teams to update and maintain proposal templates and marketing collateral with relevant and impactful content. Develop bespoke proposals for key bids in collaboration with the marketing team and sales managers. Marketing Asset Management Create and update PowerPoint decks for various teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Write and proofread copy for a range of marketing materials, including websites, emails, social media, and printed collateral. Work with internal and external designers to develop and produce high-quality marketing materials.
