Job Description
* Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance on decision-making
* Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes
* Ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations within the organisation
* Identify opportunities for financial performance improvements
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategy with business objectives
* Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
* Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. QBE will also be considered.
* Proficiency in financial management software
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
* Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset
* Exceptional communication and collaboration ability
* Experience with data integration tools like Power BI
* Good understanding of balance sheets
