HR Advisor
Sheffield - Office based
Full time and Permanent
Up to 38k.
As the HR Advisor, you will deliver a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish.
2. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters.
3. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective people practice.
4. Review and improve policies and procedures where necessary.
5. Create and implement appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues and recommend corrective measures as needed.
We are looking for:
1. Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit.
2. CIPD Level 5 qualified.
3. Excellent experience handling ER casework from start to finish.
4. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
5. IT literate with experience using HR Systems.
