We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade to join one of our clients covering the Mansfield region. You will be required to carry out works on the kitchens & bathrooms contract for a social housing contractor.
Overview for the role:
Job Title: Multi-Trade
Location: Mansfield
Rate: £19.29 an hour

Responsibilities of the Multi-Trade:
1. Completion of any required planned works on kitchens & bathrooms contract
2. Carry out basic plumbing and/or joinery tasks
3. Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised
Requirements for Multi-Trade role:
1. DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment
2. Social Housing Experience
3. Full UK Driving License
