£40,000 - £45,000 base salary + £3,500 car allowance / company car
£70,000 OTE

The role will require a driven candidate with the ability to interact with clients at the highest levels. The candidate will have a wealth of experience and understanding of the new homes and residential market and be able to provide clients with a “can do” approach and proactive solutions.The candidate initially will be supporting Land and New Homes Development Team managing our key clients, helping securing sales and managing the team from top down.
Job Purpose
* Provide top customer service out in the office and out in the field to our clients
* To help the department grow, bringing structure organisation and experience to the role
* Have a good knowledge of our property stock and new homes procedures
* To manage and existing key contract at the highest level
* Qualify applicants, negotiate sales and process reservations
* To work as part of the team, supporting the Land and New Homes Development Director and Team managing clients freeing them to help grow the business
* To over a period building trust and rapport with potential clients and securing your own to manage
* To provide marketing solutions for client and in house
* All other general works that are delegated to help the office run efficiently and as required by the team
Responsible for
* Managing Key Clients and Reporting to Land and New Homes Development Team Director
* Being able to deal with specific sites autonomously
* Site and Board Meetings with Clients providing solutions and sales strategy’s
* Marketing and Advertising strategy’s
* On site sales (multiple sites)
* Obtaining New Homes Instructions from big and small developers
* Communicating with the client's Network of Offices to secure opportunities and motivate staff
* Meetings Set Targets
* Market research and preparing sales Pitches
