A Day in the Life of a New Homes Site Sales Consultant
1. Working within the New Homes Site Sales office in Market Rasen
2. Book and conduct property viewings
3. Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
4. Work with your team to deliver success and maintain high service standards
5. Canvass and generate new business by contacting our client database and homeowners
6. Engage actively within your local community to establish your reputation
7. Prepare contracts, terms, and conditions to secure sales
8. Advertise properties through various channels: social media posts, quick sneak peek videos, leaflets, photography
9. Refer relevant business to our internal resources such as legal services and mortgage advisers
What You Need to Bring
Demonstrable success in a target-driven role within estate agency, preferably with knowledge or experience in New Homes
Enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills to grow within the property industry
A strong drive to earn and work hard to reap rewards
What’s on Offer
Basic annual salary of £25,000, with an OTE of £40,000* depending on experience
* First appointments arranged for our Mortgage and Protection Advisers
* Commission on every plot sold upon sale completion
Working hours are Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm (winter) & 11am to 6pm (summer)
