What’s involved?
As the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the breakfast service runs smoothly, catering for an average of 50 covers; all plated. Once lunch service is over, you will do some prep work and then cater for lunch service in the bar area, which offers a selection of lighter meals and snacks and caters for an average of 50-60 covers. You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins whilst ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
