Key Responsibilities as a Administrator: Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Assist senior staff with new resident admissions to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle staff recruitment tasks, maintain computerized staff rostering systems, and manage staffing documentation. Manage receptionist and telephone duties, handling queries, taking messages, and following up appropriately. Support the maintenance of financial systems, including income, banking, invoice preparation, and petty cash. Provide secretarial support, operating information technology equipment and updating the internal intranet.
