Bralin Recruitment is seeking a Assistant Operations Manager / Resource Planner to join one of our rapidly growing clients. Our client is fully committed to looking after their staff and providing them with opportunities to expand their knowledge and grow alongside the business.
As a Assistant Operations Manager / Resource Planner, you will assist in controlling and organising a team of over 30 engineers alongside the Logistics Manager. Your role will ensure that the installation of products are carried out efficiently and accurately. You will help manage the logistics, documentation, and communication necessary to support the engineers and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Previous experience in a logistics or transport coordination role, with a focus on managing field teams.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with logistics management software.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
7. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations and transport compliance requirements.
This is a perm role for the RIGHT candidate.
The hours:
9 – 5 Monday to Friday (you may be required to work additional hours around business needs)
Pay:
25k – 35k Depending on your experience
