As a Senior Graphic Designer, your role will involve producing outstanding visual content and driving creative excellence across all marketing and bid-related materials, including:
* Collaborating closely with marketing, bid, and project teams to create visually compelling design solutions.
* Leading the design and production of marketing collateral, bid documents, presentations, and post-tender interviews.
* Translating complex ideas into high-quality visuals, including infographics, charts, illustrations, and layouts.
* Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Providing creative direction and guidance to junior designers and other team members.
* Innovating and introducing fresh design concepts to maintain a competitive edge.
* Reviewing and meticulously proofreading materials to guarantee accuracy and adherence to RFP or marketing requirements.
* Staying up-to-date with design trends and software to continually improve the quality of deliverables.
IT Skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
* Experience with web design tools like Wix or similar platforms.
* Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
* Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.

* Proven experience in a senior design role, preferably in marketing or bid environments.
* Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for producing error-free, high-quality work.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of the construction or workplace design industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
