Qualified Teacher - Through SEN Provision - West Sussex

Through SEN Provision, a leading provider of education and care for boys aged 5-11 with a range of complex needs, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Teacher to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Do:
* Lead a classroom of students: You'll be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons for a small group of students (typically 6-8).
* Collaborate with a dedicated team: You'll work closely with a team of Teaching Assistants to implement personalized learning plans and ensure each student's needs are met.
* Support students with a range of needs: You'll provide help with activities, behavior management, and personal care as required.
* Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere: Promote a sense of safety, belonging, and well-being.
* Learn and grow: We are committed to ongoing professional development and will support you with further training and qualifications.
Ideal Candidates:
* Have a genuine passion for working with children with social, emotional and mental health needs and Autistic Spectrum Conditions.
* Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting learners.
* Possess a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective pedagogy for SEND students.
* Have experience working in education, children's homes, or EYFS (desirable).
* Have experience with Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECs) or other communication tools for non-verbal learners (desirable).
* Have experience with speech & language or BSL (desirable).

Essential Requirements:
* A valid DBS check.
* A full driving licence (preferred).
* A relevant teaching qualification (QTS).
