It is a complex role and requires an individual with resilience and adaptability, change is a constant so the right candidate will need to be able to adapt to that change and offer insights to improve processes and communications.
For this role in particular they are looking for somebody who has strong program and change management experience, delivering Digital Products via an Agile framework.
The new operating model has been implemented due to the huge amount of duplication across the business, so this role will not only help streamline processes, but will require someone who can identify “gaps”, make recommendations and ultimately create a sense of urgency within a sometimes reluctant stakeholder group.
