SAP HR/Payroll Consultant
+ Initial 4-6 week contract
+ £500 to £540 per day
+ Fully remote

SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors Consultant Responsibilities:
1. Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and map client’s HR and payroll processes to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
2. Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Payroll, and other relevant modules.
3. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
4. System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
5. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements/specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
6. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/HR industry.
2. Experience with at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HR/Payroll. Preference for public sector and local government industry experience.
3. Technical Skills: Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors. Proficiency in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
4. Certifications: Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant.
