Basic Salary: Up to £25,000, plus bonuses (OTE £34,000-£40,000) per annum

We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious sales professional to join an established and exciting business. Our client, an award-winning online educator and software provider, is offering you the chance to become an industry and product expert. As a Business Development Executive, your duties will include:
1. Making up to 200 calls per day to prospective customers.
2. Qualifying potential new customers as well as developing and maintaining relationships.
3. Cultivating interest in the company products.
4. Making appointments and following up leads.
5. Using a CRM to manage leads and sales activity.
6. Keeping yourself up to date with market trends, competitors, or any industry changes.
7. Achieving individual and departmental goals by working towards daily and monthly targets/KPIs.
To be a successful Business Development Executive, you must be:
1. Experienced in or able to demonstrate a strong desire to work in a commercial, sales-focused role.
2. An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing, but most importantly over the telephone.
3. A keen problem solver.
4. Organised with exceptional time management skills.
5. Able to build & maintain relationships with potential clients.
6. Knowledgeable/understanding of technology.
7. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
8. Flexible & adaptable to change.
9. Familiar with investment businesses (desirable but not essential).
