Our prestigious client is seeking an exceptional administrator to join a small operations team. This is a wonderfully varied role with autonomy providing a full range of administrative support for the domestic operations including site reception and security, hospitality and catering, facilities and accommodation management.
Operations Administrator
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the day-to-day administration for domestic operations and facilities
* Update and maintain both physical and electronic records of all documents, orders, correspondence and invoices
* Act as point of contact for the site operations and the other departments
* Maintain supplies and process a high volume of POs, liaising with contractors
* Supporting with relevant events and conferences, laying out signage, preparing menus and table plans, and operating the cloakroom

Experience Essentials
* The successful candidate will be a professional and experienced Administrator, who has worked in a similar role
* You will be accustomed to working in a busy role, managing a high volume of purchase orders and stock maintenance
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills

* Highly adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously
