Job Description
Onin Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Office Manager to oversee critical administrative functions that impact the company’s financial status and daily operations. This role provides essential support to leadership and ensures the efficiency of our office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise clerical staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Oversee payroll processing, employee timekeeping, and financial records reconciliation.
* Manage billing, invoicing, and tax reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate employee benefits, personnel files, and company policy inquiries.
* Handle accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, and petty cash transactions.
* Monitor office communications, direct work-related calls, and develop necessary reports.
* Assist in contract reviews, vendor pre-qualification, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 10 years of administrative experience
Strong accounting, billing, and human resource skills
Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor and electronic purchasing systems
Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with construction processes and timekeeping systems
Ability to work long hours when required and maintain a valid driver’s license.
