In this role you will support one or several of the following areas: Core Banking Transformation: Support our clients delivery of core banking transformation programs, including at least one of the following components: Development and management of a multi year roadmap / plan. Development and management of the end-to-end solution / design. End-to-end delivery e.g. with integration testing or data migration. Core Banking Modernization: Replacing our Banking clients legacy core banking platforms with next generation solutions. Solution Design and Planning: Ability to work in a client-facing role that translates client requirements and business objectives into engineering solutions that shape large scale programs to deliver the technology strategy for an organization. Project and Program Management: Experience in creating, implementing and operating within appropriate governance framework, leading multi-disciplinary teams to implement cutting edge technology at an enterprise level. Develop business cases to identify, measure and realize enterprise value with an emphasis on modern software engineering. Contribute to business development activities including opportunity identification/qualification, proposal development/presentation, and commercial contract negotiation. We are looking for experience in the following: University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Shaping or delivery of Core Banking Transformation programs. Core Banking Modernization, with experience moving Banking clients from their legacy platforms to next generation cores (using products such as Thought MachineTM, Mambu and Pismo). Understanding of ecosystem components required to support next generation cores. Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to approach a problem in a structured manner and propose workable solutions. Ability to absorb and process information quickly. Consulting experience or ability to work in a consulting environment indispensable. Your base location will be London, although most of our consultants work on lengthy client engagements within the UK and Ireland. Confidence to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner with groups ranging from board rooms to business unit leads, and to constructively challenge team members and leadership to ensure the right client outcomes and value is delivered. Exposure and/or involvement in sales origination, coupled with an entrepreneurial mind-set. Involvement with the commercial management of consulting engagements. Strong project management skills.
