Apriority will be for you to manage the daytoday HRadmin & recruitment needs forseveralbusiness unitswithin Johnsons as well asget involved inworking on a range ofHR projects andinitiatives.
* Manageall HR admin including offerscontracts onboarding exit and inlifechanges
* Maintainaccurate anduptodate employee records inthe HRsystem
* Conductright to work preemploymentbackground andsecurity checks
* Placejob adverts on job boards and with agencypartners and undertake initialshortlisting
* Agreerole requirements and selection process with hiringmanager organise interviews ¬ifyunsuccessful applicants
* Assistwith the smooth induction of new startersincluding the completion of new starterforms
* Communicatedetails of new starters to colleagues to ensure facilities andIT equipmentare available for Day1
* Explainand enrol new starters in end ofprobation company benefits (PMI LifeAssurance and Pension Scheme)
* Carryout end of month checkin with new starters &managers
* Ensureend of probation reviews take place & escalate any concernsto People Partner
* Managemonthly payroll reporting ensuring the submission is accurate& on time
* Setup and administer employee benefits including carrying outmaternity interviews and maintaining contact with colleagues whileoff on maternity leave
* Assistwith maintainingtraining and development records when staff attendtraining
* Providingbasic HR guidanceand advice to employees and managers thenescalating whererequired toPeople Partner (i.e. policy best practicebenefits sickness time off payrollmaternity/paternity)
