Overview: This work experience placement offers an insight into Organisational Development, with a focus on Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning at Dorset Council. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the team with a range of tasks that help employees develop their skills and careers through apprenticeships and accredited training programmes.
