My client is currently seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to come on board to provide support for Microsoft environments across a diverse clientele spanning various industries such as legal, real estate, logistics, manufacturing, and more. Responsibilities include managing installations, upkeep, and resolving issues pertaining to Windows 10/11 operating systems on both laptops and desktops. Key skills:&x2022; Strong 3rd Line support experience&x2022; Conduct administration tasks for server operating systems&x2022; Collaborate with RDS, Citrix, and Hyper-V technologies.&x2022; Supply assistance for smartphones Android & iOS, tablets Android & iOS, printers, scanners, copiers, and other hardware devices&x2022; Oversee Office 365 administration, including user account management, Azure AD, Exchange, etc&x2022; Manage various Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA.&x2022; Administer backup technologies and antivirus/security software. Execute cable patching and utilise remote access tools.&x2022; Leverage ITSM tools for streamlined service delivery.&x2022; Demonstrate proficient technical abilities, demonstrating competence in managing the aforementioned tasks.&x2022; Possess outstanding customer service and communication aptitudes.&x2022; Display a fervent dedication to their profession and a commitment to delivering superior client-centric service.
