Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Business Optimisation (50%)
* Analyse data to understand and identify areas for optimisation.
* Conduct user research to gather insights and understand stakeholder needs.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
* Support with development and upkeep of our reporting suite.
Service Delivery / Support (50%)
* Troubleshoot system and process-related issues, including first-line support to colleagues.
* Answer queries related to internal tools and procedures.
* Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
* Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
