What You’ll Do:
* Review and update management systems for relevance and complance.
* Work with the QHSE consultants to draft and control documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems.
* Assist clients with SSIP accreditations and prequalification questionnaires.
* Collaborate with our Health and Safety Consultants and Business Administration Manager to deliver high-quality services.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with document control or health and safety administration.
* An eye for detail having already identified the spelling mistake in this advertisement.
* Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and willingness to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
