JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator
LOCATION: Greenhithe (You must have access to your own vehicle or be able to commute to start at 6.00am)
SALARY: £25,000 per annum // £13.73 per hour whilst temping
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Week 1: 6.00am start - 2.00pm finish (1 hour lunch break)
Week 2: 10.00am start - 6.00pm finish (1 hour lunch break)
*(these hours are non-negotiable so please only apply if you can commit to these hours on a rotating 2 week shift pattern)*
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
* Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are organised
* Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
* Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely information
* Undertake general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
* Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
* Uphold a high level of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a Customer Service or Administrative role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
* High level of professionalism and adaptability
