This role is based within a small team of approx 5 that are responsible for paying out the new business deals and handling any supplier enquiries. For the role of ACTIVATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, you will need to have some administration experience and must be able to use Microsoft packages Word, Excel and also Outlook. The ACTIVATIONS ADMINISTRATOR role is available immediately for the right person. THE SALARY & BENEFITS Salary circa £25,000-£26,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Modern, polished offices 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Government pension scheme THE JOB The main duties included within the role of the ACTIVATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, are: Checking over finance agreements to ensure that the details are correct before being signed off as completed Preparing files ready for payment Checking supplier invoices and authorising, on in-house system for payment Checking bank details to ensure they have been correctly entered Completing supplier payout on in-house system Completing cancellation of existing customer agreements Marking newly received documents onto the internal system Uploading files onto the client portal Executing new customer agreements Handling general enquiries regarding customer applications Re-scheduling existing customer agreements Setting up customer payment plans Monitor the status of each deal on the system, ensuring it has been progressed to the correct stage Ensuring that all documents are correctly completed and signed before paying out money Must have strong attention to detail to check through documents efficiently Ensuring all information and data is correct and up to date on internal systems
