Overview of the role: The HR Administrator will be an integral part of the HR Team, providing administration support across all aspects of HR. The successful candidate will assist in supporting the day-to-day work of the team, which will involve liaising with employees across the company and external organisations. Key Responsibilities: On-boarding of new starters including - offer letters, contracts of employment Production of contractual change and leavers letters Input and maintain employee records on HR database Process Right to Work checks/disclosure applications Create and maintain reports with HR Information Maintain sickness and holiday records Updating & ensuring accurate records for all employees including sickness records Supporting with minute taking for key meetings Ensure completion of the leavers process Run accurate reports for payroll in a timely manner Ensure probationary reviews are conducted in a timely manner by setting reminders with managers To be an effective representative of the company acting in a professional manner Skills & experience: Previous HR Administration experience gained within a fast paced environment e.g. on-boarding and legal requirements Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Understanding of HR policies Excellent communication skills, written & oral, both in person & on the telephone CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential Resilient & flexible team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Be professional at all times maintaining confidentiality Be able to multi-task with efficiency Be able to adhere to deadlines and identify issues which may cause delays What We Offer: Salary £25,000 to £28,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Company pension & life assurance 32 days annual leave Employee assistance programme with 24 hours telephone and online access Generous recommend a friend scheme.
