Job summary As a core part of our small but clinically diverse team of speech and langugae therapists and assistants, this role will primarily provide assessment, management and therapy to a range of in-patients across all areas of our acute general hospital. In addition to traditional 'bedside' assessments, the postholder will be involved in objective assessment of swallowing using Videofluoroscopy and FEES, may be involved in the assessment of laryngeal function for designated patients using EELS, and, if business cases are successful, will be involved in developing the service use of EMST and Pharyngeal Electrical Stimulation (Phagenyx).
