About the role We are currently seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Chief Executive of Manx National Heritage (MNH), a registered Isle of Man Charity. In this varied, dynamic and enormously fulfilling role, you'll be at the heart of our mission to preserve, conserve, protect and promote the Isle of Man s amazing heritage for future generations to enjoy. As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be a resourceful self-starter, capable of anticipating requirements in advance and able to foster meaningful relationships at all levels. The right candidate will have a can-do approach and bring an exceptional ability to manage numerous concurrent responsibilities and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, where sometimes we are under pressure to meet tight deadlines. It s important that when the pressure is on you can keep smiling, be proactive and calmly and efficiently get the job done. This is a rewarding role, where you will support the Chief Executive on a day-to-day basis and help improve organisational effectiveness across a range of activities from special projects to stakeholder management and Trustee meetings.
