We're on the hunt for an experienced PR account manager to join our team.
To outline a few key requirements we’d be looking for, we’re keen to speak to someone who’s well organised, personable and creative – three key traits.
On top of that, you’ll need to be able to write. Writing is a big part of PR – we’re looking for a serious literary talent.
Basic Day-to-Day Tasks:
* Drafting and distributing press releases and expert articles.
* Creating engaging commentary in light of breaking news or events.
* Building relationships with media, including creating relevant lists and conducting media 'sell-ins' via phone and email.
* Liaising with journalists and clients regarding potential media opportunities.
* Using and managing the agency's PR software.
* Organising media competitions, press stays, and setting up briefing opportunities.
* Delegating tasks to junior members within your pod team and supporting them with their progression.
* Assisting in turning press assets into content for web copy and social posts.
* Weekly and monthly reporting.
* Assisting in the delivery of strategies and campaigns for clients.
* Bringing in new ideas to improve our way of working.
