About the role
Benefact Group is looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Gloucester office.
In this role, you will support Project and Programme Managers and their teams in Programme delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, and analysis, as well as supporting the PMO lead in developing the hybrid agile PMO.

Key responsibilities
* Governance reporting aligned to hybrid agile delivery
* Jira & Confluence administration
* Maintaining risks, actions, and issues
* Maintaining schedules and plans, financial monitoring
* Dependency and resource management
* Supporting PMO assurance activities
* Documentation and communication
Co-ordination is also a key element of the role – in order to produce reports, PMO Analysts must collate, analyse, evaluate, and manipulate data, records, maintain libraries, registers, and PMO and wider organisational systems. This may include the role of service manager for one or more PMO services, as well as supporting the PMO lead in championing and embedding governance and control practices across the programme.
Knowledge, skills and experience
The key knowledge required to perform the role of the PMO Analyst includes:
* Applications and tools of the organisation (e.g. Jira, MS 365, Teams, Confluence)
* Change and Delivery methods, including Agile approaches, and associated controls from conception to benefits realisation
* P3M and PMO theories and practice, including maturity models
* Professional standards and corporate norms (including appropriate delivery and legal frameworks)
Key Experience
* Experience of working in a PMO supporting project managers and other change practitioners in the planning and tracking of change delivery
* Experience of supporting complex programmes and/or portfolios of change and understanding of project management in both Business and IT environments
