Maintain a clear focus on cost control, ensuring that all internal works (including drylining, joinery, MEP installations, and finishes) are delivered efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject Management: Lead the on-site execution of external packages, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and schedules.\nTeam Leadership: Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors orders, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.\nHealth & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular site inspections.\nQuality Control: Monitor construction progress, ensuring work meets technical requirements and high-quality standards.\nClient & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.\nBudget Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency.\nProblem-Solving: Anticipate and address on-site challenges, minimising disruptions and delays.Key Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager for a volume developer with residential projects \nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the sector.\nDemonstrable experience managing teams and subcontractors \nSMSTS & CSCS card, NVQ level 6 \nStrong understanding of health and safety legislation.\nExcellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.\nProficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.\n #121
