Role: Senior Operations Team Leader
It is an exciting time to be a part of Allianz Engineering Inspection Services! Our Special Services team provides enhanced, bespoke solutions for our customers, helping to ensure that they maintain compliance and make informed decisions on clients' plant and equipment.
We are looking for a Senior Operations Team Leader to provide leadership and expertise to the Contract Administration team. The holder will play an active role in the continual development and shaping of the team within the Company. A continual focus on delivering great service to our customers working with the Commercial Contract Manager to drive efficiency through customer centricity, simplification, and automation.
Key Accountabilities:
* Builds strong relationships across the organisation to ensure all business plans are met; be regarded as a subject matter expert.
* Leads team members on the day-to-day delivery of expertise to support the operation.
* Maintains and develops operational best practice to help the operation achieve KPIs.
* Supports the delivery of the Corporate Plan, managing operational-led initiatives and providing SME support to projects.
* Continually reviews and evolves operational processes to optimise and streamline the operations across the Company.
* Effectively prioritises and organises work to maximise opportunities and deliver the business result.
* Monitor credit control queries and lead initiatives to improve the current aged debt position.
Technical Skills:
* Ability to get the most from teams within and across functions, working collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and experienced to a base level of Excel.
* An in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the relevant regulatory policies, framework, and procedures.
* Knowledge of and ability to set clear targets, focusing on priorities, regularly reviewing actual performance to agreed SLAs and adjusting where required.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Educated to A-level and/or relevant industry experience.
* Experience in Contract Administration.
Prior experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
