We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team, primarily based at Worthy Down, Winchester, for a temporary contract of 3-6 months. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our operational teams with various administrative functions. This includes handling PPMs, managing online portals, and administering the Maximo system by closing jobs, certificates, and mitigations. Document control and taking minutes during weekly/monthly meetings are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Maximo and Excel, alongside excellent communication skills. An immediate start is required post-interview following the necessary clearance process.
