About You: You'll need senior-level care experience to join us as a Community Lead. You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for older people. We'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. Enthusiastic, tenacious, and full of integrity, your caring approach and strong communication skills mean you inspire trust in others. Qualifications
* You'll need senior-level care experience, as well as experience in supervising others and providing clinical care for older people. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification, is required.
