Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring exceptional service and a friendly environment.
2. Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team, promoting teamwork and customer service excellence.
3. Use your cooking expertise to create and prepare delicious homemade menu items.
4. Manage inventory, budgets, and optimise both kitchen and bar performance.
5. Increase private event bookings and drive business growth.
6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
7. Engage with the local community and build lasting relationships to boost repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience managing a pub or restaurant, with hands-on cooking skills.
2. Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on team development.
3. Financial management experience, including budgeting and stock control.
4. Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
5. A creative flair for menu development and passion for culinary excellence.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
