Job Overview
We’re seeking dedicated physiotherapists to join our supportive MSK outpatient team at Christchurch, Bournemouth, and Poole Hospitals. This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in musculoskeletal outpatients and orthopaedics at an early stage in your career, gaining valuable experience within a highly regarded NHS service.
As part of the role, you will:
* Work within MSK outpatients and orthopaedics, developing your expertise in these key areas.
* Rotate every 6 months within specialist areas of MSK therapy and orthopaedic practice to support your development.
* Participate in the orthopaedic weekend rota.

This role requires HCPC Registration.
Base Location: Poole and/or Christchurch Hospital.

Main Duties of the Job
You will be responsible for providing specialist advice on the management of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals. Work without direct supervision and provide support, guidance, and training to peers, technical instructors, physiotherapy assistants, and students.
The post holder is accountable to the MSK Physiotherapy Manager and is responsible for ensuring a high standard of clinical care for the patients under their management, supporting more junior staff to do likewise.

Experience
* 12 - 18 Months post-grad experience.
* MSK outpatients experience.
* Orthopaedics experience.
* Experience in critical care.
* Experience in inpatient therapies.
Qualifications
* HCPC Registration.
* BSc (Hons)/MSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
* Member of a clinical interest group.
Other
* Ability to prioritise clinical workload.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
