Client Account Executive
A close-knit, entrepreneurial, and collaborative business based in the Cotswolds is seeking a forward-thinking, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Account Executive to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis with the opportunity for hybrid working. Supporting the founder of the business, you will work closely with an experienced team to assist with all administrative and client-focused aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in client-focused roles, ideally within rapidly growing businesses, and possess a broad administrative background. Strong communication and administrative skills, along with being a team player and having a flexible approach to work, are essential.
Day-to-day duties include:
1. Managing the CRM system, utilizing AI to generate detailed reports for clients
2. Analyzing data to identify trends and presenting insights to clients as needed
3. Handling all client queries, ensuring SLA adherence
4. Setting up new clients on the system and guiding them through onboarding
5. Supporting invoicing and payment collection, managing billing queries
6. Providing ad hoc project and administrative support
The ideal candidate will have experience in roles such as Account Executive, Client Relationship Coordinator, or broader administrative/coordinator roles, preferably within the Technology industry or similar sectors. Strong IT skills, advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel, and a high level of service delivery are required.
Due to the location of this role, access to a car is recommended. The company offers hybrid working once training is completed.
