Introduction: 200 Degrees are independent speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of distinctive coffee shops, and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks.
We are now recruiting for a hands-on Assistant Manager for our busy coffee shop in Nottingham's City Centre. We require an inspirational leader with an infectious personality and (ideally) incredible barista skills to support the GM in the day-to-day running of this busy outlet.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Be an excellent communicator, and be driven to train and develop people.
2. Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation.
3. Be organised, hard-working, reliable, and flexible.
4. Enjoy the day to day, making coffee and serving as well as the management tasks.
5. Create an environment with your team which balances serving the customer and having fun.
Requirements:
1. 2 years management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
2. Understanding of wage management and stock control.
3. Have a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet.
