Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
* Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO, and occasionally to the wider Senior Management Team
* Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Manage projects and conduct research as required
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* Experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently
