Job Description
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fleet and outsourcing services
* Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts
* Conduct market research to identify new vendors
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to realise these savings
* Manage risks associated with fleet and outsourcing
* Participate in cross-functional teams to execute procurement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Buyer (Fleet & Outsourcing)' should have:
* Experience supporting Procurement Management through their category processes and area of spend
* A generalist background, showing willingness and adaptability to new categories, or Fleet experience
* Strong negotiation skills
* Knowledge of procurement systems and processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
