Due to company growth we have an opening for a Contracts Manager who has a broad knowledge of insurance related repairs and who must possess good communication skills.
This post is permanent and offers great potential to the successful candidate with a competitive salary plus usual benefits including Company car/allowance plus a very competitive bonus structure.
Whilst we are based in Wakefield, we work all throughout South, East & West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site supervision
* Budget controls
* Monthly forecasting and invoicing targets
* Weekly reporting
* Adherence to Company H&S, Environmental and Quality policies
* Customer liaison
* Programme planning
Key Qualities:
* Extensive experience of managing small to medium value domestic repair contracts
* Experience of the Insurance repairs market
* Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Self motivation and enthusiasm
* Problem solving and analytical thinking.
Must have a clean driving licence.
Experience Required:
* Insurance repairs - 5 years (required)
