Role:
Due to the continued expansion of the Group, Sanbra Group are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, organise, manage and direct Group projects and initiatives for the business while ensuring these projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope in order to bring about greater efficiencies across all areas of the business. The successful candidate will primarily be focused on project managing logistics & supply chain projects but this could extend to other areas of the business in time. The role will be based out of our offices in Lisburn, Co. Antrim and will report to the Group Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business improvement projects, identifying opportunities, whilst navigating obstacles in a positive mindset.
* Support and drive our vision, culture and values in all project groups.
* Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
* Manage and mitigate all risks associated with assigned projects.
* Develop schedules, timelines and milestones for all projects assigned by the business to ensure that project deadlines are met.
* Foster a culture of open & positive communication channels with all stakeholders and our wider business community as appropriate.
* Have a structured and solution-based approach to achieve positive outcomes to an obstacle.
* Positively influence and drive business change.
The ideal candidate will have /be:

* Advanced conflict management skills so to positively influence internal and external conflicts, maintaining a harmonious work environment that encourages a productive workflow.
* An ability to find solutions to issues that may affect the project deliverables.
* Proficient Time management skills – ensure the project meets every deadline throughout the project life cycle.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Project Management role.
* Passion for continuous Professional Development.
* Strong communication, emotional intelligence, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
* 3 rd level Qualification in Project Management or related discipline.
* Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships.
* Proven track record in project management.
