Role: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary / Rate of pay: £25,000 to £29,500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 - 40 hours per week.
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within the Construction & Industrial machinery industry and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team.
Role Overview:
The Sales Support Coordinator will provide efficient sales and administrative support to the Sales team, as well as the effective management of the sales order processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing support to members of the Sales team
2. Receiving and processing new / used machine sales orders
3. Monitoring machine costs and margins
4. Liaising with the depot workshops, parts departments and 3rd party suppliers
5. Raising purchase orders / DTS requests
6. Contributing to the overall success through teamwork and good communication within the Company
Job Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
1. Proficient with Office applications; advanced Excel would be advantageous
2. Good level of numeracy
3. Previous experience within a sales support role is desirable
