We’re on the lookout for an Underwriting Assistants to join our High Net Worth (HNW) team. The main purpose of this role is to deliver a bespoke, comprehensive and specialist service to the High Net Worth Department. The role is a hybrid role, therefore will involve a mix of working from home and also from the office. Dealing with quotations within your authority for Tier 1 and 2 brokers Processing renewals and post items within your authority Issuing documentation accurately and in accordance with Covéa’s service level agreements To prospect and actively contribute to the growth/retention targets of the HNW department Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and brokers Liaising with brokers to handle queries and issue appropriate paperwork in accordance with your authority Have an awareness of the impact of claims and risk management on the performance of a risk and demonstrate an ability to underwrite taking these factors into account. Ensure a working knowledge of the products, procedures, underwriting guides and Management Information is achieved Managing your own workload in accordance with agreed service, technical, output standard, accuracy & TCF requirements.
