Role Overview: As a BDM, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business growth. After initial prospecting and appointment setting by the lead generation team, you will take over at the scheduled meeting stage, leading client engagement from this point onwards. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to close sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Working within a strong sales structure, you’ll be part of a dedicated team of three: alongside you, a Key Account Manager will focus on retention of existing business, while you concentrate on converting and uncovering new opportunities. You’ll also have a dedicated buddy/sales support colleague to assist with administrative tasks, freeing you to focus on high-impact sales activities.
