East Coast College are looking for an MIS Administrator to provide invaluable support to both staff and students throughout the academic year.
Whether it’s during enrolment, audit, or curriculum planning, working as part of the MIS Team, you’ll be responsible for helping to maintain accurate and secure data relating to our students, staff, and funding.
Answering queries relating to registers, initiating timetable and course changes, and helping to coach colleagues through internal processes and awarding body guidance, your commitment to service standards and collaboration will be right at home.
You are;
* Strong and confident administrator – Database, MS Office
* Genuine team player – able and willing to support different areas
* Committed to the details – ensuring accuracy of data and processes
* Advocate for great customer service – both internal and external
