Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
* Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
* Experience in customer service or front-line roles, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting.
* Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., phones, computers) and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
* Experience with EMIS (or similar clinical management software).
* Previous experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting.
* Knowledge of medical terminology.
* Ability to handle patient records and data management.
* Familiarity with the practice's booking and appointment systems.
