This position is for a dedicated Finance Business Partner, seeking to apply their skills within the Engineering / Manufacturing sector. Based near Oxford, the role focuses on preparing and presenting month-end reporting of actuals including variance analysis and commentary.

Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present month-end reporting of actuals including variance analysis and commentary.
2. Prepare and submit quarterly forecast process for business division.
3. Review and prepare future revenue opportunities and business development (e.g., Pipeline).
4. Support in new projects, understanding the key revenue drivers, project timings, risks, and opportunities.
5. Assist in deal support and costings.
6. Support ongoing review of 10-year planning process.
Profile
Essential:
1. Qualified with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountant qualification.
2. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
3. Proactive problem solver, finance analyst with experience of Dynamics 365.
4. Ability to establish strong working relationships with multiple departments.
5. Strong communication skills, ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Intermediate or Advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. UK Right to work.
Desirable:
1. Experience working within a similar business partnering role such as in the engineering / manufacturing sector.
2. Presenting at management meetings and/or discussing financials with business leaders.
Job Offer
* A competitive daily rate (inside IR35).
