The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead the development and execution of our High Street marketing and engagement strategies. This role will support Oxfam’s 540 high street shops in their mission to maximise fundraising efforts to fight global poverty.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing audience-focused in-store marketing campaigns, aligned with our promotional calendar of retail moments. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall in-store experience, ensuring that our shops are empowered to deliver on their fundraising objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns focused on key retail moments.
* Collaborate with shop teams to ensure alignment with sales and engagement goals.
* Deliver a superior customer experience through effective campaign design.
* Monitor and optimise marketing strategies to maximise impact and engagement.

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also have:
* Campaign project management skills and experience of delivering high quality marketing activity on time and to budget.
* Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces.
* Knowledge and understanding of the current retail landscape alongside a passion for charity shopping.
* Experience of marketing in a high street retail environment, demonstrating expertise in customer engagement alongside an understanding of the challenges and complexities involved in running a successful shop network.
* Creativity and vision in the development of marketing, communications and promotional materials in a retail context
* Ability to analyse, interpret, and apply data to make evidence-based commercial decisions.
* Ability and drive to achieve results and targets in an audience-focused way.
* Excellent relationship building skills with ability to build strong networks and influence within a complex and dynamic organisation.
